The Course fee of just $495.00 US$ includes the $100.00 registration/cancellation fee, tuition, and the Kindle e-book edition of Memory for Management. You will also receive the digital download of our popular webinar Impromptu Speaking: Avoiding panic and communicating with confidence, poise and clarity - off the cuff.  Upon completion, you will receive the Critical Thinking and Decision-Making for Administrative Professionals certificate.


Should two individuals from your organization register for either session, a third participant from your organization can attend at no additional cost (a $495.00 value).


As well, at P.A. Douglas, we are pleased to offer a flexible cancellation/substitution policy. Should your plans change and you need to cancel, the $100.00 registration/cancellation fee only will be charged provided 15 days written notice is given. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to attendance and upon written notification.
