Today’s administrative professional faces many situations that require extraordinary critical thinking and decision-making skills. This comprehensive one-day, workshop teaches those engaged in administrative and operations roles how to think logically and systematically about problems and situations and identify the optimal course of action.
The course will be held on February 15th and again on May 10th, 2022 and your digital download will be available within 48 hours of the live session. Your materials as well as the Memory for Management book and IMPROMPTU download will be provided prior to the date of the live sessions.
The virtual seminar includes everything covered at the in-person workshop. It will be conducted live on the ZOOM platform so that participants can fully engage with other attendees, as well as with faculty members.

- The virtual course is being offered twice, to suit your schedule, with teach session running five hours plus regular breaks.
- The dates of the virtual sessions are:
Winter Session: February 15th, 2022
Spring Session: May 10th, 2022
The virtual seminar will cover everything covered at the in-person workshop. It will be live on ZOOM so that you can fully participate and ask questions of the instructors and other participants. There will also be clips from in-person sessions where appropriate.
